Having a baby can be one of those life changing moments. There was once a time when it was all about you and you had all the time to look after yourself. Unfortunately once baby comes its no longer about you and there are days that you wonder if you are even going to get out of your pj's.

Exercise and eating are something that no longer becomes a priority and meal time is whenever there is a free moment and free hand. Having access to information to guide you into eating correctly and getting the exercise you need to feel better about yourself and lose those few extra pounds you may have gained during your pregnancy is something we all wish we could have.
Having information at hand any time of the day is what we all need when we already have our hands full and very limited time in between feeds and sleeps.
